| Commissioner Gould recently returned from a two year Peace Corps service in Mexico. He was a part of the first contingent of Peace Corps volunteers to serve in Mexico. He was involved in water and wastewater issues working closely with a government supported organization called CONACYT. This group was established for, and is dedicated to, technological and educational advancements in Mexico. | |

Two years with the US Public Health Service, Indian Health Service 31 years in varying capacities of environmental engineering and management for the consulting firm of Brown and Caldwell. Commissioner Gould took a two year hiatus to join the Peace Corps and has since returned full time to Brown and Caldwell. |
